Biography: 

Sabrina Cormier is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with the Canadian Sport Psychology Association. A former alpine ski athlete and coach, she holds a Master’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, with a Concentration in Intervention and Consultation. Drawing on her experience in sport, Sabrina understands the mental and emotional challenges athletes and coaches face in their pursuit of excellence. Passionate about fostering healthy and supportive sport environments, she helps athletes and coaches develop the mindset and skills to perform and grow both in sport and in life.
