Teddy is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Registered Psychotherapist, and Certified Mental Performance Consultant based in Vancouver, BC. He works with competitive athletes ages 13+ from a variety of sports. He has worked in the varsity athletics departments at the University of British Columbia and Douglas College as a mental performance consultant. In terms of personal experience, Teddy has competed as a soccer player at the provincial, national, and university levels.  By integrating clinical counselling with sport and performance psychology, he helps clients navigate challenges related to performance anxiety, emotion regulation, confidence, burnout, injury recovery, and high-stakes decision-making. He also consults with coaches, leaders, and corporate teams motivated to improve team cohesion, communication, focus, and performance culture.  His role is to help you gain insight, challenge you, highlight your innate strengths, and point out what you may be unaware of, all while holding space for you in a compassionate, curious manner. He describes the work as a journey of co-creation where you're the expert on your life and experiences, while he is the expert in facilitating growth and change. He helps clients feel vulnerable, moved, and empowered.
