Kiera works with high-performance teams, athletes, and coaches. She has experience in a range of sports including volleyball (indoor and beach), ringette, hockey, softball, and speed skating. She works with athletes of various ages and competition levels in individual sessions and team workshops. Additionally, she consults with coaches on their own mental performance, how they show up for their team, and how they can support the mental performance of their athletes. Most of her work to date is in high-level youth sport. Kiera supported Team Toba athletes competing at the Canada Summer Games in 2025 and is back in the CMPC role with Team Toba for the Canada Winter Games in 2027. As a long distance runner herself, Kiera also works with endurance athletes and is passionate about helping runners build the mental skills that will get them through even the toughest runs.  Kiera has a master's degree in Intervention and Consultation from the University of Ottawa. She is now located in Winnipeg, MB where she works in person with teams. She meets with individual athletes virtually or in person at their training facility.
