Biography:Â
Klaudia is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) working with the Canadian Sport Institute Atlantic, where she supports high-performance athletes across a range of sports. Within her role, she also serves as the Mental Performance Coach for the Halifax Tides professional women’s soccer team. Originally from Poland, she earned her Master’s degree in Sport Psychology from the University of Alberta in 2009, followed by a mindfulness-focused practicum in Melbourne, Australia. Over the past decade, Klaudia has worked with athletes in a variety of high-performance environments, including varsity sport and the WHL. Her work focuses on culture building, mindfulness, breathwork, resilience, and self-compassion to help athletes perform with freedom under pressure. A former competitive soccer player and long-time roller derby athlete, she now competes in dog agility with her two dogs and enjoys lifestyle sports such as surfing and rock climbing. Inspired by nature and movement, Klaudia brings a grounded, athlete-centred approach to supporting growth, well-being, and excellence in sport.
