Laura enjoys helping athletes achieve a new understanding of themselves and their performance. When this happens, clients feel a surge of hope for their future in their sport, and they can begin to make changes and choices that reflect their true feelings and goals. Laura’s goals include introducing mental performance skills to young developing and elite athletes to help them excel at their current level and to prepare them for the intensity required at the level they hope to reach.
