Bio
Lucas Madill played hockey at McGill University (4 years) and the University of New Brunswick (1 year). He was an Academic All-Canadian athlete at both schools, and he completed his Masters degree in Sport Psychology.
He won a University National Championship as the assistant coach of the men’s hockey team at UNB before moving to Ontario.
Lucas has been a mental performance coach with Hockey Canada for since 2016. He’s won multiple Gold medals with Canada’s U18 Teams, and most recently won a gold medal with Canada’s National Junior team at the 2023 World Junior Tournament in Halifax.
Lucas currently coaches the U16 Hockey team at St. Andrew’s College and acts as the mental performance coach for multiple varsity programs.
