Bio

Lisa is a Registered Psychologist and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant specializing in athlete mental health, wellness, and performance. With a passion for enhancing athlete mental wellness and performance, Lisa emphasizes a holistic approach to help athletes achieve peak performance and overall well-being.


Lisa is registered with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists and is a member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association. Lisa works with athletes from grassroots to international levels, helping them to develop and implement mental performance skills and to maintain and enhance mental health and wellness.

Most recently, Lisa was a Mental Health Practitioner for Team Canada and the Canadian Olympic Committee at the 2024 Olympics in Paris. Lisa was also the Mental Health Lead for Team Canada at the 2023 PanAm Games in Santiago, Chile, and was part of the Team Canada mission staff at the 2022 Beijing Olympics.


Lisa has worked with Team Sask at numerous Canada Games since 2011. She has supported athletes, team, and coaches with their mental performance prior to and at the Canada Games.


Lisa's background in both sport psychology and counselling psychology allows her to take a holistic approach when working with athletes. Lisa has the competency and skills to help athletes develop and apply their mental performance while also ensuring that mental health and wellness is considered and enhanced. By fostering a balanced and sustainable approach to success, Lisa supports athletes in achieving excellence in all areas of life.
