Bio
Brittney is a CMPC and Registered Psychologist based out of Lethbridge, Alberta. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology, along with past experience in the health and wellness industry which gives her a specialized understanding of how the mind and body function together which leads to a more wholistic approach when working with clients. With her training in psychology, Brittney is able to work not only on mental skills development, but also dive deeper into the mental health issues that may be influencing functioning and performance. Challenges such as anxiety, depression, mental blocks, fears, confidence issues, pain and injury management, and team communication and dynamics are just some of the more common issues she can provide treatment for. Brittney works with clients of various ages and abilities, ranging from community youth athletes to elite professional athletes, sports teams and organizations, coaches, parents, and performers in other areas beside sport. As a former professional athlete herself, she is able to understand and relate to her clients on a different level. Brittney’s overarching goal is to help clients break through their barriers, achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
