Biography: 

With over 15 years of coaching experience, Meagan proudly pairs her background in sport, teaching, and mental performance to assist athletes, teams, and coaches in bettering their performance and personal wellbeing. Residing in her home province of PEI, Meagan's philosophy of FUNdaMENTAL training incorporates hands-on experiential learning through activities, exercises and discussions; deepening the understanding and application of mental performance concepts to sport and life. In 2022, she was invited to guest-coach with the CFL Ottawa REDBLACKS for the KPMG Women in Football program. Outside of consulting, she is an instructor with the Holland College Kinesiology program and continues to coach football at the grassroots and provincial levels across the Maritimes.
