Biography:Â
I grew up in a small, off-grid Gulf Coast community where life was deeply rooted in nature. That upbringing shaped my worldview and continues to influence my approach to health, performance, and well-being. Nature remains my source of stress relief, movement, adventure, and renewal—it’s at the core of who I am.
My professional journey began at the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV), where I entered the Kinesiology program and started as a student trainer in my first year. I soon became one of the youngest assistant coaches in Canadian Interuniversity Sport. While at UFV, I also established, funded, and operated the on-campus medical clinic—an experience that strengthened both my clinical expertise and leadership skills.
After graduation, I launched my first personal training studio and, over the past two decades, have worked in high-performance sport as a trainer, coach, recruiter, scout, and now as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). These experiences have given me a deep understanding of elite performance and how to help individuals unlock their potential—whether in sport, business, or life Â
