Jackson Slauenwhite

Jackson Slauenwhite, MA

Mental Performance Consultant

Biography: I've been involved in the highs and lows of elite sports as an athlete, coach, and mental performance consultant for over 16 years now (as of 2020, if you're reading this after that).

As an athlete, I started teaching myself applied sport psychology when I was 13. I believe this training played a big part in me representing my province in three sports and my country in one, competing against athletes from all over the world. I'm privileged to have not only studied and learned how sport psychology can help athletes, but I've also lived and experienced the benefits myself. I was making the same mental mistakes and going through the same struggles that I see the athletes I work with going through every single day. I'm grateful for this experience because when an athlete comes to me with an issue, more often than not I can say "Hey yeah, me too. I've been there."

As a coach and mental performance consultant, this experience has served me well while working with athletes in many different sports at nearly all competitive levels. My purpose is to help athletes make their dreams come true while enjoying the process it takes to get there. Feel free to reach out anytime on one of the platforms below. I'm here to help!
