Biography: 

Trista works with athletes of all ages, sporting disciplines, and competitive levels. She has worked with athletes from hockey, baseball, basketball, bowling, dance, gymnastics, equestrian, swimming, curling, football, figure skating, volleyball, rugby, soccer, cross country, crossfit, track and field, and ultra-marathon. Trista is faculty with general education at Georgian College, teaching a number of psychology courses including Sport Psychology, and Introductory Psychology, Social Psychology. As a professor, Trista takes a learner focused approach, and uses this approach when working with athletes.
